It was natural for me to join the Pérez Real Estate team after falling in love with the Dominican Republic, having invested in a residential project myself. This allowed me to further develop my knowledge in this area.
Originally from France and having lived in Quebec for the last 10 years, I found my passion for real estate during my first investments. If well planned and executed, it is a very profitable investment strategy.
With over 20 years of experience in sales management and customer service, I am passionate about helping people realize their investment plans in this beautiful Caribbean island.
