Our agency was created in 2018 by its founders Jean Marc Raick and Teresa Perez, both with vast experience in the real estate sector, this project was born after having belonged to Remax RD. Perez Real Estate is born with a vision focused on serving local and foreign investors, who are looking for profitability, capital gain, vacation or retirement in this Caribbean paradise.
It currently has a main office in Bayahibe, with a professional team of 15 members, making it the leading agency in the Bayahibe – Dominicus area.
The investment areas we offer are Bayahibe, La Estancia Golf, Playa Nueva Romana, Punta Cana and Las Terrenas.
Our main objective goes beyond offering investment properties, our team accompanies investors step by step throughout each stage until the delivery of keys, making available our multidisciplinary team for legal advice, tax, mortgage loans, furnishing, etcetera.
Our multilingual and multicultural team is currently composed of administrative staff in our Bayahibe – Dominicus branch, real estate consultants in the Dominican Republic and consultants working from abroad.
We have representatives in Montreal (Canada), Spain, France and Belgium.
